What is EN13356?

please read the following pages, the main papes for EN13356 documents

because of the technic and patent problem, China companies are not able to produce high reflection reflective material like 3M or Reflexite reflective material. so for reflective hangers , reflecitve slap wraps, will have to use USA material or Korea material to meet CE EN13356.  

so you should remember one thing that for EN13356 type 1 for free hanging, no China material is available for it.
