the owner Sanjay Bhalla is not an honest person,  we send many goods to them without his payment and he pay nothing to us. the reason he did not pay is his client did not pay to him or short of money.

we trusted him too much because he sent many orders, but we made a big mistake is that after we sending out the invoices , we did not check if the payment has been reached in our account

it is for the invoices of $30000 now, he now works with other supplier and seemed do not want to pay , we contacted him for almost a year now.

really sad for a such UK cheater.

after scraping the printing, the ink moves off.

the printer did not put into a kind of material which will help to stick the ink strongly onto the PVC surface.

we will have to remake this order.

on the 2nd order, we changed to a new printer and now it is OK

it can be fixed onto the bag, pocket and bicycle etc.  the design is very simple – it is only a clip. but seemed very nice as a reflective item.

The reflective part is in size 3X7cm, that means it is OK for CE EN13356 design. we would like to put 2 kinds of reflective material on it. One is the reflective sticker made of reflective vinyl, the other is the reflective sheet like 3M diamond grade reflective sheeting. both are the reflective sticker on the clip.

but reflective vinyl is not so nice to use for a long time. easy to be removed and broken. I think reflective sheeting material should be the best choice.

Hong Kong is a nice place. but seemed expensive for living I think.

Price of 3M Scotchlite Reflective Material rised for 6%  from this month.

I do not understand why 3M company rises the price, because now the price of all the plastic materials are going down because of the global economic problem.

so we will try to use more Reflexite material for the EN13356 items in the further.

We had an order (a kid vest with logos , slapwrap with logos and a pencilcase printed) last months which was in “wrong” printing (in fact we did the printing according to the files listed in their FTP server). OK, suppose it was my mistake. but the goods was shipped after their QC did the inspection! how can it be? After they received the goods and then told us that the printing is wrong (one logo missing) , and I checked their FTP server, they just changed the artwork file,which is one month later after the order placed.

I have been fighted for it but made no sence. so have to accept it, since our payment is D/P, we can do nothing.

the content of the debit is like this:

USD 1666,00 for additional stickers from China   -  I do not undertandand what kind of sticker it is, only for 5200pcs in 2X2cm sticker. maybe it is for some kind of moulding charge or film charge, so silly!
USD 318,50 on wrong side printed (sewed) pencilcase 130 pcs – yes. this cost maye is reasonable.
USD 2632,00 for menpower in warhouse to repack 2 times, add stickers – yes, I know the labour cost is very high in Europe.  Chinese people are so poor – so cheap labour. 
USD 5289,10 for print on the safety vest for addinal logo – 5200pcs vest , with a 2c logo, silk printing. terrible high price.
USD 75,00 for handling charge buying dpt. – maybe yes. but the people who handle this case never thought how to save the cost and find a cheaper way. so silly.
USD 9980,60 Total amount   – the disaster amount.
To pay from your side USD 4990,30 USD because it was also a part of our mistake.  – seemed half mistake in our side.

We will have to pay for it of course. for some reasons, I say nothing about it. because we need to take the next orders from them.

So, this is the business, the supplier always is in a passive position.
